The 1:24 scale is mainly used for models of cars, motorcycles and aircraft. It allows a high level of detail. For example, a motorcycle model in the 1:24 scale will measure 4 inches / 10.4 cm if the original motorcycle measures 2.5m in length (250/24 = 10.41).
