Roco is a company founded in 1960 by Heinz Rössler in Salzburg, Austria. It started by producing miniature military vehicles of the minitan series, its commercial success quickly allowed it to develop in model railroading (HO, N and TT scales). It was in 1976 that this company manufactured its first locomotive models, and since then, they have continued to innovate in model railroading. Indeed, they are the first in their sectors to have their Arad plant certified with the ISO 9001 quality management standard.
